A Geneva, Illinois  Institution, this cozy cafe in the heart of historic downtown was looking to create more space for their bakery as well as for customer events. The goal was to maintain, yet update, their warm and inviting feel.

This commercial space needed to be up and running in just 4 weeks, with a Grand Opening set for Black Friday 2019. Since this was Edie’s 9th store, they knew exactly what they wanted and we were able to execute the project and meet their tight timelines.

RE/MAX St. Charles wanted a high profile location where their brand could be extremely visible. The entire project was essentially new construction from the ground up. HDC demolished the existing office space in the original, location leaving only two foundation walls from which to rebuild the new RE/MAX St. Charles Headquarters.

Blue Peak Tents, Inc, the premium tent and event rentals provider of the Chicagoland area, located in Batavia, Illinois, was in need of an office update. As a company that provides top-of-the-line and innovative equipment to make every event a success, their office space was not living up to the same high quality nor giving the same user experience.
