Who is HDC?
Established in 2000 by Brian Hogan, the team at Hogan Design & Construction (HDC) has grown and worked to build a reputation for high-quality work, integrity, and dependability as well as excellent customer service and satisfaction.
We are a full-service design-build firm for high-end remodels located in the Western Suburbs of Chicago. The company is known for its strength in the management and execution of residential and commercial remodels, custom builds, and residential development.
Additionally, our firm is deeply rooted within the communities in which we live & work. We want to ensure that, in addition to providing clients with the best remodeling or building experience possible, we are respectful and recognize all those affected by our ongoing projects.

HDC in the Community
We are committed to building relationships & community through support & outreach, our partnerships, and our clients. As in every strong relationship, we recognize the importance of continued support from one another. As well as, we know we would not have reached the success we have today if not for our local community trusting in us and championing our business and name.
In 2020, we officially launched HDC Project Hope, a team & client-based initiative to draw awareness to and grow support for not-for-profit organizations and events that are working to improve our regional, national, and global communities.
In 2022, HDC developed and instituted a scholarship program in our hometown of Geneva, Illinois. We will continue this program, awarding one Geneva Community High School graduating senior the Project Hope Geneva Community Scholarship. Applicants are assessed based on their exhibited desire to make a positive impact within their local and/or global communities and their embodiment of our company’s core principles of integrity, hard work, consistency, and consideration.
