Blue Peak Tents, Inc., the premium tent and event rentals provider of the Chicagoland area, located in Batavia, Illinois, was in need of an office update. As a company that provides top-of-the-line and innovative equipment to make every event a success, their office space did not live up to the same high quality nor give the same user experience. They needed a change.

The two-story building was in need of a fresh look and some changes to the layout. Offices were added and updated on the main level. A wall was relocated to improve the flow of the space. New flooring, walls, and paint refreshed what had become a stale look.

The upstairs was originally just one large open room. Walls were framed out to add four new offices and a large meeting area that overlooks the factory floor.  Being party providers, they decided to add some fun and play space of their own too. A golf simulator was built off the meeting space which is sure to provide fun-filled breaks from the day to day.

The French doors off every individual office allow for natural light to flow through the entire building, making it a bright and airy space in which to work and providing a welcoming environment for all visitors.

The client’s clear vision and our collaborative partnership truly made this project a success. The result is a newly remodeled office interior that is sure to keep spirits up during work hours.
