The HDC Architectural Design Build Experience

The Architectural Design Build team included a designated architect, designer, project manager, and, if the project requires, a civil engineer. This approach is used for projects that may include home additions, moving or removing structural walls, or for new home construction. Your team meets with you to understand your vision and needs for the space. HDC provides architectural plans and presents unique and inspiring finishes and details to match your personal style. HDC works with you throughout the planning and selections process to make the necessary revisions and plan alterations to ensure the design is in line with your dream for the space. You receive color elections, images, and walk-through links throughout the design process, resulting in a customized Design Packet that includes a detailed list of your personalized design selections as well as drawings/renderings for final approval.
