Brian Hogan Owner and Founder
Since an early age Brian has been a people person. Always thinking about how others were perceiving their situation and doing what he could to make people feel satisfied. While rehabbing houses, Brian could not understand how contractors would not return calls or show up when they said they would. He thought about all the people who deal with contractors and the frustration they must feel. With this simple principle in mind, Brian created Hogan Design & Construction. In his free time Brian spends time with his wife and three children and off roading in his Jeep.
Brad Hogan Production and Sales Manager
Organization and Leadership have always come very natural to Brad. In every job that Brad has had he always worked his way into a position where people looked to him for guidance. Brad has been instrumental in developing the processes that make Hogan Design & Construction stand out in their industry. Striving to improve the customer experience makes Brad a natural for the head of Production. Brad enjoys sports and traveling in his free time.
John Vendafreddo Project Manager
John has been interested in building since he received his first Fisher Price tool set. Upon graduating high school there was no question what field John would enter. John joined the HDC team as a laborer but his drive and eye for perfection help develop him into the companies head trim carpenter. As HDC grew, John’s attention to detail lead to him being promoted to Project Manager. John is married and has two sons. He lives in a house that he built from the ground up in Batavia.
Jason Bonomini Project Manager
Jason’s interest in carpentry began in his middle school wood shop class. Jason also went right into the construction field after graduating high school. Jason spent several years working for different contractors and found his home at HDC in 2011. Jason developed quickly and was a natural fit for the Project Manager role because of his hard work and focus on the details. Jason is a family oriented person and loves the outdoors.
Mike Gerbitz Head Carpenter
Carpentry runs in Mike’s blood. Mike would work help in his dads tool shop from an early age. Mike’s carpentry work lead him on several mission trips to rebuild youth camps. From framing to windows and exteriors to custom cabinetry and trim work. Mike’s eye for perfection has made him a master in the carpentry field. Mike was a natural fit with HDC and was quickly promoted to Head Carpenter. Mike is married and with two kids. in his free time, Mike is an active rock and country musician that performs 60-80 gigs a year.

Lead designer for HDC and founder of Haven Design Group, LLC, a multi-faceted design company specializing in residential/commercial design and branding initiatives for small businesses. After years searching for the right construction team to partner with, she joined forces with Hogan Design and Construction. Together they have worked on numerous home renovation, new construction and commercial projects, sharing the common goal of unparalleled customer service and exceptional design.
Adam Chase Carpenter / Apprentice
Adam is truly a jack of all trades. Adam has experience with masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, insulation and cement work. Adam’s vast skill set has made him a useful addition to the HDC team. Adam strives to improve and learn everyday and can always be counted on for his helpful hand. In Adam’s spare time he spends time outdoors camping and off roading with his new wife.
